About the race:    
The 2011 Jinqiao 8k is pleased to welcome New Balance as the title sponsor for the race, bringing a new air of excitement and energy to the event. For 2011, the race will be moved up the calendar from previous years and will be held on Sunday, April 10th，2011 while the venue remains the same as runners will start and finish at Pinghe School in Jinqiao. The event will have two race categories: the 8k run and the 2k fun run together with fantastic stage performances, interactive games, a lucky draw and a fancy dress competition.
