8 Tips to Prevent COVID-19 Infection When You Get Back to Work

WHO has officially named the novel coronavirus as "COVID-19" on Tuesday, 11st February. WHO Chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said that "co" stands for "corona", "vi" for "virus" and "d" for "disease", while "19" was for the year, as the outbreak was first identified on 31 December.

 

 

As of noon today, Shanghai has reported a total of 332 infections and ruled out 1772 suspected cases. But don't worry, as per the announcement from the UN health agency, though the disease seems to be a "very grave threat" for the world, there is a "realistic chance" of stopping it.

 

 

Since there is currently no vaccine to prevent COVID-19 infection, the best way to prevent infection is to avoid being exposed to this virus. Wu Liming, Director of the Shanghai Health Promotion Centre, has provided some tips for everyone to prevent the risk of infection when you get back to work.
